This was not a good experience for us. We have a set closing date and they are moving our delivery date and pick up date tho three days after our closing. They were also a day late in delivering to our current home with no outreach about their delay. The gentleman who did contact us to tell us they cannot pick up and deliver to our new house on time, was not very understanding/caring of the predicament they were putting us in. Only use if you want to sit on hold for an hour at a time during one of the most stressful times-moving. This has been a horrible experience.

Do not use 1-800-PACK-RAT. I scheduled my move for the week of June 5, only to be told at the last minute that they would not be able to move my container until July 1. A nearly month-long delay is completely unacceptable, especially when customers plan their entire move around the dates provided by the company. What made the situation even worse was the complete lack of concern from customer service. There was no apology, no accountability, and no attempt to make things right.
