I had a terrible experience with 1-800-PACK-RAT. They delivered a damaged storage box that didn’t even come with a lock, making it unusable from the start. On top of that, they charged me a security deposit for two boxes but only delivered one. After I reported the issues, they took the box back — but they’re still keeping my deposit, including for the second box that was never delivered in the first place. No accountability, no refund, and no resolution. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
