I wish I could leave zero stars this company is horrible they gave us a broken crate and rats got into it I guess that’s where they got the name I sent proof cal the business bureau and still nothing will be getting a lawyer I paid 4,000$ and my stuff got so destroyed I had to throw more then half my container away I had contacted them and they said it was my fault or an act of God when clearly In the pictures you can tell it was broken!! Marlon was amazing! He arrived on time and helped move my first pod to a different area, so that the pod he was dropping off was easily accessible. He was friendly and efficient! I would recommend 1-800-pack-rat to anyone scheduling a move.
