Service at our pods has improved greatly since we first had the pods dropped off at PackRat in Fontana in March. We have needed more access as we get closer to moving and they have been very kind to allow us to come often. At first, it was difficult to find someone on the premises in the office but that has gotten much better. Sometimes we would need to drive or walk around to the warehouse area which would be unsafe if workers were driving around in and out of the warehouse.
