This company is completely unreliable and don’t fall for their apologies on this forum. A shipping company should be prompt and efficient. Exact opposites of this service. We have been waiting for days for delivery and it keeps getting delayed. The service was booked months ago and here we wait hostages to an incompetent company. People working in ( 1800 PACK RAT )company do not have the manners to talk to the driver.
Absolutely the worst experience ever.
Nothing but problems. They change my pickup date without my permission then was late on the date they choosend didn't get my pods till 3 days later saying no drivers. Was stuck paying 1200 in hotel fees and food that we could have saved. Never use these guys. Horrible customer service I'm a military vet and suggest to stay away from these guys. A month later I still don't have my property. They been paid and there still a mess from day one. I called spoke to 6 different managers I'm done calling I'm grabbing a lawyer and the... read more
