i can’t say enough good things about the team at Knoxville Pack Rat! The manager, Brandon, and driver, Billy, went above and beyond to help with a delivery that wasn’t even their usual route. They were professional, courteous, and made sure everything was handled with care and on time. It’s rare these days to find people who take such pride in their work and truly go the extra mile for their customers. I highly recommend them for anyone needing reliable and friendly service!
Absolute zero stars if I could. This company is incredibly unreliable and unprofessional. We were scheduled to have our container delivered yesterday (Friday), with a confirmed delivery window of 4-7 PM. When we called to check on the status, they later told us it wouldn't be delivered that day and the earliest they could get it to us was Sunday. This company is completely unreliable and don’t fall for their apologies on this forum. A shipping company should be prompt and efficient. Exact opposites of this service. We have been waiting for days for delivery and it keeps getting delayed. The service was booked months ago and here we wait hostages to an incompetent company. No communication from the company and now the forklift is broken. Excuses. Going out of business should be there new logo.
