Absolutely the worst experience ever.
Nothing but problems. They change my pickup date without my permission then was late on the date they choosend didn't get my pods till 3 days later saying no drivers. Was stuck paying 1200 in hotel fees and food that we could have saved. Never use these guys. Horrible customer service I'm a military vet and suggest to stay away from these guys. If I could give a zero, I would! My container was supposed to be delivered on August 2 no call no text. No nothing no-show. I spent the next two hours on hold. Finally talked to somebody they disconnected me had to start the whole process over again. They said somebody will be in touch with me on August 3.
