Charged more than was told. ordering and dropping off is easy, but customer service on payment dates and pick up was a small pain.

Updated: Dropping down to 3 for the fees. Called today (850am) to schedule pick up for tomorrow and am being charged a 50 fee for 'next day pick up' lol. So you want people to call days in advance? I guess. I also don't think the promo rate was applied to the bill (but won't challenge that because I should have looked at the email confirmation when it was sent). I see mixed reviews but the person I worked with today was so helpful. Called me on his way (verified the address), came when he said he would arrive, and then worked with me to get unit placed exactly where I needed it to be given that I also had a dumpster coming. Will update once I've had it moved out if anything of note happens, but so far, am pleased.

We had trouble getting ahold of customer service to pick unit up. When we were able to contact someone, they could not pick it up in time and we were charged an entire extra month. Do not use them- if you have any issues they do not work with you- they just say it’s in the contract.
