Cross-country move from NY to Texas. Thanks to Andrew and his team at the Carrollton facility, super helpful and courteous.
Would NEVER use again. Moved across county and was informed that my container was delayed once I was already on the road. Delayed 3 days, had to get an air b&b for my family, customer service was extremely unapologetic, and unhelpful. They are unwilling to cover the cost of the lodging meaning after spending thousands, I have to spend an extra $1k and being displaced several days without my things. Forced to move forward with legal action.. do not reccomend, one star is too generous.
I am giving 2 stars, only because my parents had a positive experience with the pods in California. Here in Texas it's been nothing, but a nightmare. They were scheduled to receive both of their pods on Wed Aug 6. It is now Sun Aug 10th and their 2nd pod is nowhere in sight. They have called everyday and sat on hold for hours. They are told it will be coming that day and they are at the top of the list, yet no 2nd pod. Meanwhile the 1st pod sits in their driveway blocking their garage from being used. Napoleon was my driver and he was super helpful and quick.
This is a great service, but the best aspect of our experience so far was the pod deliver from old home to new. Lamont was our delivery man and not only was he great in communicating with us, he was speedy in delivery and setup, measuring up everything perfectly. Highly recommend!
