Do not use this company! The run around you get is very frustrating because the "left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing". Each time I had to schedule a pick up or drop off of a container it was cumbersome and annoying. The time frame they give you is never accurate. For example, I was advised the container would be dropped off between 7-11am. So, of course, I waited all that time and nothing happened. Marco picked up our full container and was extremely efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, and knew his equipment.
Spent 16 hours on the phone over 4 days trying to get answers. Constantly placed on hold, sometimes for multiple hours. Spoke to 3 different reps who gave me 3 completely different answers. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
We recently used 1-800-PACK-RAT for a local move from Keller to Decatur, Texas, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. We rented two containers and found the service to be outstanding from start to finish. Communication was excellent at every level of the organization. This driver dropped my container off in the farthest part of this parking lot after clear instructions this morning on parking it anywhere along the back of the building preferrably closest to the loading dock. I am not gonna get charged additional moving fees by unpackers because this dumb driver parked it in the way back of my complex!!! i told you like three times over the phone!
