Do not use this company. Absolutely horrible customer service. Their online system doesn't work and hold times are always over an hour. Scheduled a delivery, confirmed, didn't show. Got rescheduled and the driver called and said he's over his time and can't deliver. Now keep in mind that I had people scheduled and paid for each time to unload. Just don't.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! after reading more of the reviews on this, I wish I would’ve never booked this company. The only thing they did right was drop the pod off on time. Here we are a month out still waiting for our stuff and of course radio silence. Honestly, the best thing for people to do with this company is to report them to the Better Business Bureau and file a police report.
Moving from Las Vegas to Texas this was a last minute add on the truck was filled my van was filled and I still had stuff to move so I ordered a 8×8 and was need of it like yesterday the woman on the phone worked with me and got me a container the next day very quick and easy was able to load the rest of my stuff and I didn't have to worry anymore about anything packrat took over from there once in Texas Coretta was a pleasure to meet when she dropped my container off to be unloaded and Lawrence the man who picked it up was ... read more
I would strongly recommend avoiding 1-800-PACK-RAT and going with a more reliable moving container company. From the very beginning, the experience was a nightmare. During the initial setup, the agent entered my phone number incorrectly, which caused the delivery to fail because the driver couldn’t reach me. They also failed to contact the secondary number on file. I then had to spend over 45 minutes on hold and speak with two different agents just to get the delivery rescheduled for the next day.
