DO NOT USE! This was the absolute worst experience, we have used them before because they are local and knew people that worked there but never again. There was a driver named ALDO who was GREAT and an operations manager who was also super helpful and several other drivers that did a great job, but the rest of the experience was just not pleasant! I paid over $300/month for a local storage pod – they increased the price a couple of months after I signed up and they had my stuff, so what could I do? I had to pay. When it was time to re-deliver in late July, they were no call, no show while we waited with someone who showed up to help us. I wasn’t supposed to be charged at all after this experience, Per their customer, service person, but they managed a final $53 charge with a confusing explanation when I called in August. Boooooo.

This is the worst company I’ve ever worked with. First the containers arrived late. They did not communicate at all that the containers would not arrive on time. I had to call in to find out why it hadn’t come yet only to be told it would be 3 days late and that it hadn’t even left the origin facility yet. This caused me to have to cancel my movers and lose the deposit. When we were done the containers were supposed to be picked up, but they left one in my driveway.
