They call me anywhere from 3 to 10 times a day. It doesn’t matter that I tell them to stop calling, they still call and call and call and call.
It has been 15 months since I mailed back medical alert equipment and close my account, they keep calling me asking for payment, i had to ask my bank to refund the money to my account after the kept billing my credit card. then after not hearing from then for a few months I got a call from there billing department say to make a payment, I explained the equipment was sent to them 13 months ago after being on hold for 20 minutes i was told that they found a receipt that the had received the equipment and that they would bother... read more
