Our strata recently hired Hydro Pro for a full exterior cleaning of our complex, and they did an excellent job, especially at my home. At one point, I asked the crew if they could help with a stain around the back of my house that wasn’t part of their scope. Without hesitation, they said yes and took care of it. All around, the workers were super kind and the quality of the work was excellent. Highly recommend.
Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with this company that was hired to clean the store windows. They were completely unprofessional and didn’t do a proper job at all. Their young staff seemed more interested in having fun than actually working. I gave them feedback twice to do a better job, but they just smiled and ignored it, making no effort to improve. Had Hydro-Pro pressure wash the concrete around my place as well as the decks and windows. They did a terrific job and were extremely professional. Will be sure to use them again!
