Hydro Pro was contracted to clean the skirting of our strata building. I asked one of the helpful and courteous members of the crew if he could clean off the remains of a bird that crashed into my picture window. He quickly agreed and said he would come by in 20 minutes after he finished what he was doing. He went to the trouble to climb an extension ladder and clean my entire window. Watch out, these guys painted our commercial building in Coquitlam and got overspray on most cars in the parking lot. Our company had 7 black vehicles affected. (There are at least 20 more) They sent out 2 employees that tried to use straight alcohol and gasoline and I had to tell them not to touch it. Thier office said since i declined their attempt to 'fix' it they wouldn't pay for the insurance deductible. We are left with dealing with it out of our own pocket.
