Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with this company that was hired to clean the store windows. They were completely unprofessional and didn’t do a proper job at all. Their young staff seemed more interested in having fun than actually working. I gave them feedback twice to do a better job, but they just smiled and ignored it, making no effort to improve. Hydro Pro was contracted to clean the skirting of our strata building. I asked one of the helpful and courteous members of the crew if he could clean off the remains of a bird that crashed into my picture window. He quickly agreed and said he would come by in 20 minutes after he finished what he was doing. He went to the trouble to climb an extension ladder and clean my entire window.
