Jake and Tyler were prompt, professional, and very nice. They worked fast and efficiently and had great can-do attitudes. I would DEFINITELY want to work with Jake and Tyler again. One note to Got Junk Management. I was shocked to see them working without back braces or lifting straps. They are young but they should have proper support.

This was by far the best experience I have had with any service provider in the last 10 years. The agent on the phone was so kind to me when I initially called, almost in tears, because I thought that I would have to figure out how to remove the construction debris I had placed in our BAGSTER that WM couldn’t remove. Charlie and Carson did a great job. Charlie called before coming to say on way and approximate arrival. He fully explained pricing and what it entailed. They removed every thing quickly and efficiently. I was on 2nd floor and had an old sofa bed that was falling apart but they worked with the space and made it happen. Great service highly reccommend.
