A truly horrible experience. We sold our home in Citrus Heights and needed various items removed including a fridge which had a plumbed in ice maker (which was not working and we'd turned off the water to it). We told them what was to be picked up but they sent their guys out without tools to disconnect the fridge - we had to ask our neighbors for tools as ours were already packed.
