This was my second time using 1-800-Got-Junk. The drivers were courteous, professional and hard working. They were on time and called me to advise expected ETA. The drivers reviewed the rate sheet with me before starting the job so we could agree on the charges. I was once again very satisfied with the entire experience and would recommend the company to those in need of junk removal.
I needed a washing machine removed to make room for a new one. Santino and Paul responded almost immediately once my date and time were set. They even arrived earlier than agreed. They were very professional and handled my job quickly. As the working “face” of the company I was very impressed and I would use 800-Got Junk again.
Jermaine and Rashadd were absolutely wonderful! They communicated all logistics with me to ensure I was aware of when they would arrive and the pricing. They were professional, personable, and so accommodating! Would definitely recommend using this service again, and especially working with these guys!
Javaun and Brahemn were both very friendly and efficient. The service was great, everything was taken away quickly. I thought the pricing was high, but I needed it done immediately.
Called on a Saturday morning and they were ready to come within the hour. Cleaned about a half of the basement. Jermaine and Javan were a great help.

We called 1800gotjunk and had the pleasure of meeting Cory and Terrell. They were so unbelievably helpful and explained everything to us.
