This entire company is a scam. I ordered flowers for my bestfriend, whose grandfather just passed. I placed the order early in the morning to get the same day delivery. When I check with the individual if they were received, they were not. So I checked with the front office and they never received anything either. I reach out to "customer" service and they do the typical song and dance saying sorry and place a replacement order for me. This place is absolutely horrible!! I placed an order for flowers to be delivered to a funeral that I wasn’t able to attend. I noticed that the status of my order never changed even after the funeral service started. I contacted them and they tell me that my order won’t be delivered! This is extremely unprofessional and insensitive to those of us that are grieving!! I am not only heartbroken but feel like a horrible person now that I couldn’t go to the funeral nor have flowers delivered in my absence. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!... read more
I don’t even want to give them the one star I ordered my grandson balloons for his 5 th birthday never delivered , they went out two days later guess what he got deflated balloons with some missing definitely not worth the $70 dollars charged they are horrible DO NOT DO BUSINESS wit these people
