Ordered flowers for a funeral They came in on time and were beautiful just like we had hoped. Thank you.
Very disappointed, purchased flowers for Mothers Day & they arrived almost worn and dead! They were blue and I asked for all purple flowers like the ones I clicked on in the photo given purple vase and all around beautiful purple flowers. I did NOT get that and it wasn’t FULL like the photo either and when I asked for a refund they offered 15$ when I spent over 100$+. I will not ever order from here again. When received my refund it took longer than 2 weeks to receive.
It seems impossible to have flowers delivered on time under any circumstance. Their automated system is useless, and my issue was not resolved and of course I was informed it would be made right, and Christines way of righting the wrong was telling me that it doesn't matter and they will be there another day. Which is not the day I ordered for and had to pay for.
This review is for the medium Blue & White Funeral Standing Basket, small Tribute White Floor Basket & Blue & medium White Sympathy Standing Spray flower arrangements: I'm disappointed as they were all way smaller than the pictures suggested they would be. They did not even use the same type of flowers as in the pictures either. The flowers began wilting and drying out within one day of arrival. HORRIBLE- HORRIBLE - Not the Dallas location but just 1-800 flowers overall. Ordered a Birthday delivery in plenty of time in the Tenn. area. They stated over and over it was delivered. It NEVER was. This was a monumental birthday and they never got flowers!!!!! Extremely upset with 1-800 flowers. TERRIBLE customer service.
