My brother lost a fantasy football bet and had to swing by 1-800-Flowers in Farmers Branch to pick up flowers on his way to deliver lunch. He had to do so in a pink tutu, ballet shoes, the full ensemble. I’m talking twirling, posing, and—yes—singing “I’m a little teapot” in the middle of the store. I ordered flowers from here they sent me a much smaller arrangement that looked nothing like what I ordered. There is no way to contact them. They just give you bots to talk to and never resolve the issue. Save you time and money don’t buy from this place
VERY POOR SERVICE. My son ordered flowers for my 70th Birthday on Saturday. They were not delivered and still not delivered on Sunday. They delivered Monday and knowing my son he paid for a good bouquet. They arrived wilted and one lily stem had nothing on it. Very poor service and this morning they are even worse. I hope he called and got a refund. I would never use them.
Ordered flowers even paid for express delivery. The flowers never showed. They assured me that they would be delivered the next day by 6pm. Still no flowers. They would not give me the name of a flower shop and said they were out of California and have a shop where I am trying to deliver them. That’s obviously not true. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! They still have not gave me my $100 back either! This company is a scam!
Flowers arrived 4 days late, no water. All falling apart. Tried to cancel and kept getting denied
