Bad customer service my mom was calling trying to place an order and the lady who answered hang up on her just because she was speaking in Spanish.
Horrible. Flowers never showed up. Their offer was to try again and they promised not to charge me for late delivery! Why would they charge me for a late delivery and why is that a good offer? I asked to get a # or other way to track the call and was told there is no way to track calls - “I would have to call again if things didn’t work out.”
This delivery service is the worst I’ve ever encountered. I ordered a flower bouquet and chocolates for my wife on our anniversary two days ago. However, the flowers arrived after the anniversary. If you’re planning to order something special for a special occasion, please don’t go with this service. You’ll definitely miss the date.

I placed an order for delivery today for my friend’s birthday. Unfortunately, there were several issues with my order: The flowers that were delivered looked nothing like the arrangement I ordered. The photo on your website shows citrus-colored flowers in a square vase, but what was delivered were pink roses in a tall vase. I’ve attached a photo for reference.
