Wish I would I have read the reviews before I bought this on groupon. I paid for the groupon then paid the extra cost on the site never was delivered. Beware. This place is a scam :-(

Just awful, all the way around. Their customer service is as bad as I have ever experienced.
Can't give zero stars or I would! Poor customer service. Sounds like they work out of a basement. My order hot duplicated due to their website locking up on first order and it didn't show a confirmation. They wouldn't refund me after they confirmed it was a duplicate. They obviously needed the 75 dollars more than I do. I will never use them again!
Ordered flowers and paid extra money for them to be delivered between a certain time frame and got an order conformation that they had been delivered. I asked the person who was supposed to receive the flowers if they arrived and they told me they did not. Not sure why I would get a delivery conformation email when nothing was delivered. Spent almost an hour on the phone with customer service who told me that my flowers were delivered and it WAS in the specific time frame that I paid for, which was false.
