I had a very small order and when I spoke to the customer service she said I could pick it up after noon. I assumed she meant that same day. Upon arriving at your facility I was told the order had not even been processed yet. However the packaging crew went out of their way to get my order expedited and got me on my way with the bars. This saved me another two hour round trip! Many thanks to shipping / receiving.
