07/23/2025 This is an update. Victor’s crew replaced multiple back porch steps last year. Last week his crew returned to power wash. It’s a 3 flat and yesterday another crew painted the entire back porch. My porch looks awesome. Victor sent me color samples in advance. The painting crew took pride in their work.
