We recently had a porch done by 773 porches. The Owner ( victor) was great to work with. They are very professional and done a perfect job.i am very happy with their pricing and quality of work. I would recommend them to anyone who needs there porch replace.

I am not sure if this company is good or bad. However, the company was able to provide me an estimate via phone but when I requested it be put in writing. I was told I have to pay $75.00 to have the estimate in writing. Which I have never had a company tell me in order to provide me with a FREE ESTIMATE, in order to get it in writing I have to pay $75.00. So, is the estimate truly free or $75.00 dollars. I reached out to this company because of the awesome reviews. Initially there was a hiccup because I was told that the porch would need to be replaced without it being seen. However after Victor did the inspection he concluded that only repairs were needed. He thoroughly explained what needed to be done on each landing. He also agreed to close up the roof. However there was a misunderstanding/misinterpretation regarding replacement vs. repairing on 2 of the landings. Victor replaced the landings which was my request. He did ... read more
