This place doesn't know how to tell time! Lady running the store tonight had the doors closed at 6:53pm! She finally let me in when I showed her the time on my cell phone and a receipt to just pickup my dress. Owner Hasan, you need to fix your clock in the store to not be 7 minutes fast. I was not late so your uptight employee should calm down.

Not happy with your service at all..Had 2 Letterman's jackets cleaned. Price was misquoted by $60, total cost was $105 and jackets were returned with stains. I asked for a discount since they were not clean and the lady at the desk just said "sorry". Must be nice to over promise and under perform and still collect a kings ransom for your services, will never use your services again.
Ruined a shirt and still charged me for it...twice. To dry clean dress pants it cost $4.70. Won’t be returning
I have used this dry cleaner several times over the years, used to be wonderful but now service is horrible- rude employees. I am now being charged for items I don’t even own- check your receipts prior to leaving.
When 1/2 price cleaners first opened. I took our comforter there to be cleaned, for our granddaughter had gotten hand lotion on it. It was a family owned business. Staff very knowledgeable and friendly. When I got the comforter back, it looked awesome, and at a great price. I would recommend them highly. However, last year (2016), we took his suits and the comforter in to be cleaned. When I got them back, they looked horrible! I was very disappointed in the service I received. I dropped off 2 items to be repaired and was told the seamstress would call me to give me prices and get my consent before doing any work. Instead the work was just done without any conversation with me. The prices are definitely not half price!!!
