I took my daughter to her 1-year appointment, and it was an absolute disaster. She got three shots—first two were fine, but then the nurse cut my daughter’s leg right above her knee! She didn’t even notice and just kept going, gave the other shot, and never even switched the needle. We had to ask for a Band-Aid ourselves because the cut was so deep. This is completely unacceptable, and we will NEVER be coming back.

Waiting time way too long. Appointment was at 2:15, seen at almost 4pm.
The wait time is absolutely ridiculous. I understand each child and visit needs their time, but I wait over an hour everytime for my well child visit appointments. I gave them grace the first time, the second time, but now this is the third appointment we wait over an hour for. Something needs to change with their scheduling team.
