I was very straight forward about what I was looking for and received their best OTD. Started my drive and was 5 miles out when they called me to tell me the car was not there and asked me to come back hours later. Reluctantly I did because I had already driven two hours. Upon arriving and inspecting the car there were major scratches all over it including white paint from where the passenger mirror hit another car which was bot buff able. David and his manager at the service department were extremely unprofessional. My husband and I have been loyal customers for many years, bringing both of our cars here, always making appointments, and paying whatever we were quoted. However, during our last couple of visits, they decided to start unauthorized work on our vehicle with discussing it with us first.
