Very nice and professional staff. Especially Mark, he is super sweet. Dream team and culture. They really care customers.
I was very straight forward about what I was looking for and received their best OTD. Started my drive and was 5 miles out when they called me to tell me the car was not there and asked me to come back hours later. Reluctantly I did because I had already driven two hours. David and his manager at the service department were extremely unprofessional. My husband and I have been loyal customers for many years, bringing both of our cars here, always making appointments, and paying whatever we were quoted. However, during our last couple of visits, they decided to start unauthorized work on our vehicle with discussing it with us first.
