Natalie at Service of Subaru of Sterling was extremely helpful and caring. I will be asking for her as my sole service representative from now on with how spot on their customer service was.
I had a great experience selling my car at Subaru thanks to Huzaifah. He was extremely helpful, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. He made everything very easy and took the time to walk me through all the paperwork I needed, which I really appreciated. Selling a car can be stressful, but he made the whole experience smooth and straightforward. I would definitely recommend working with him if you’re looking to sell or trade in your car.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will drive out of my way to avoid coming back here. I arrive at my appointment and was completely ignored by a service member sitting on his phone. (Never looked up from his phone the entire time. I gave grace and had consideration to the fact he may be on his break. Although if he was on break he should not be hanging out on his phone where guests are expected to be assisted, super tacky) Finally when I was acknowledged by another associate the man acted confused as to why I was there. i just have to give a big shot out to David. my wife and i just moved from Atlanta to Ashburn. We have worked with David every time and till the day we move I will work with him. he has been so helpful ever time we have come in helping find solutions and working with Subaru to get things fixed. THIS MAN NEEDS A RAISE! he is truly AMAZING. We are getting this man a Christmas gift this year!!!!!
Horrible. Took for service did nothing! Had to take to an acceptable Subaru service station who did an exceptional job. Stay away from this dealership.
