Horrible. Took for service did nothing! Had to take to an acceptable Subaru service station who did an exceptional job. Stay away from this dealership.
Nowhere else have I experienced an oil change or state inspection that takes 2+ hours. Other services take 3+ hours. And this is with appointment scheduled. I don't even know how long a walk-in would take. Going home and waiting for a call back didn't help either. Nobody called back. When I showed up in the evening the service department was...closed. I had to negotiate my check out with the lady from sales. The only reason I come back is because this is the only Subaru service in the area. Can someone offer an alternative?
Super fast service, courteous! Wish I could say the same about the sales department.
