These guys are the best! I've been going here for service on my Subaru for a few years now, and the service is always incredibly friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable. I went today to get an oil change and they had my car back to me in less than 45 minutes and threw in a car wash. I highly recommend the service team!
Arvin in the service department is amazing—professional, friendly, and went above and beyond. Everyone else I interacted with in parts and service was equally wonderful. They are making me consider a Subaru for my next car.
Great customer service and nice staff. I've gone to this dealership to get my Impreza serviced for a few years now. I've never had a problem. They provide timely updates and even have a web portal to determine what services/parts to get after the inspection. The waiting room has snacks and drinks. The facility is also large, clean, and has WiFi so you can easily work from there while your car is being serviced.
