Awful experience. Piercer is awful. I already had my lip pierced previously & asked them to follow existing holes. When she re-pierced, she did NOT follow the existing holes and messed it up - it's crooked, looks absolutely terrible and I left in tears. Only positive thing was that she apologized & didn't charge me for her screw up. I'd give a 0/5 rating if google gave me the option.

Such a lovely first visit! I had my ear lobes pierced by Mag - I was a bit nervous as it had been many years since I had a piercing. She made me feel relaxed, explained everything really well, and made the whole experience really great! A warm, welcoming, and relaxing space! Definitely would recommend!
