NEXT DAY SERVICE! We made the call late in the evening and the technician came the next day! Been having ac (leaking) issues for years! We've had many technicians came service our unit for hundreds of dollars spent each time and no actual resolution! The tech came out and serviced our unit and it appears that the issue has been resolved after 4 years and multiple floods! Our floors are dry!! WE'RE ELATED TO SAY THE LEAST!! I RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO EVERYBODY!!!😎
We had a problem with our A/C cooling. Brad came out first thing this morning and took care of the problem. He went to work right away and took care of the problem in no time. He was courteous, explained exactly what the problem was and what he was doing to fix it. This is the first time we used 02 Kool and highly recommend them. We will be using them again should there be any problem in the future. Thank you Brad
