One of the A/C units in our rec room at Edgewater Resort in Buchanan Dam quit working late today. Spent quite a bit of time trying to find someone available to check it out for us. O2Kool is open 24 hours, and they responded right away to our call. Brad was very personable and professional, and he found the issue right away. Had us up and going again within 20 minutes. He will definitely be our “go to” guy from now on. We give him a rating of a 5-Star “Plus”. Thanks Brad!!!!!!!
98 degrees and our ductless mini split was blowing only slightly cool air. I called at 3:00pm and Butch was at our house just before 4:00pm. He had our A/C recharged and 2 leaks fixed in no time. And the price was very fair! Even with all the other good reviews, I never expected such great service. He was a life saver, since I am extremely heat intolerant. This will be our only A/C company from here on out.
I've been using O2 Kool for my AC servicing needs since they installed my new unit. They've been out here multiple times and they've always been professional and effective with their work. Brad has been especially helpful and friendly. I'd recommend them for minor and major HVAC work.
I had the most amazing experience with O2Kool! It was Friday night at 6 and we realized our unit was not cooling properly. I found these guys online. I called in a panic. They sent Brad over THAT NIGHT! He inspected our whole system and did some temporary work so our house would be cool for the weekend.
