昨天打电话说他们关闭今天开门，今天打电话说明天开门，今天是关闭的，请问前台小姐你接电话了，你是干什么的呢？只是为了告诉病人你们处于关门状态？

I don’t go to the clinic yet, But the front desk( guess is a Spanish lady) make me feel I have to cancel my first appointment. Yes, I will cancel my appointment there . Because the front desk(Spanish )attitude was really rude.. if your clinic already closed , you don’t need answer it. But you answered , then you need to serve for the patient right?

It’s a horrible horrible horrible experience! I’d rather give her -5 stars if there has the option. She yelled to me at the check-in place, exposed my personal medical information to everyone who was sitting there make everybody looked at me. This is outrage, I’d better sue her. She is too mean and the she is the worst doctor I ever seen. Highly not recommended! I felt humiliated in here and I never had this feeling before in my entire life ! I never met a doctor as mean as her! It’s a nightmare!
