My experience was great. Very relaxing very helpful. I love Genesis GV70 I have 2 Genesis GV70. David you are the best.
Forewarning! An oil change will cost you $400. Even though the salesman will murmur the final price. You're better off doing the work/maintenance yourself
Joanne was extremely helpful. Very highly recommend. I really liked how friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful everyone was at Genesis of Englewood. The dealership was clean, the experience was easy, and the competitive pricing made it a great luxury shopping experience.
Very disappointing service at Genesis of Englewood. I was told that my tire pressures had been checked and adjusted, but immediately after leaving, the dashboard still showed low tire pressure. On top of that, the valve stem caps on the right-side tires were missing. How can such basic items be overlooked at a Genesis service center? Very poor attention to detail.
Jon Paul was exceptionally personable, knowledgeable and responsive. I highly recommend his services.
