First time getting an x-ray here. Went on Thursday around 11:45a as a walk-in and was able to get my x-ray taken within 30 minutes. Received my results within 3 hours. Paid cash, process was quick and easy.
Trying to make appointment and I got put on hold many times and no answer just leave a message

Zero star. I am not sure how does this facility stay in business with full of unfit staffs. Make follow-up appt. on 10/2023, they offer me 02/2024, four months wait. I call them / waiting line for 46 mins. & still waiting line. They always say, "short of staff" Seriously, if, it's true, then hire more staffs. Rebecca hung up the phone, twice, & say it's not her, somebody. When I called at 9:44 am, Martha was not in the office, seriously at 9:44 am, no wonder short of staff.
