I worked with Dr. Vargas this year to help reduce symptoms of PTSD and Depression. This treatment was very helpful in reducing my symptoms! We tracked each week's progress with a form we filled out pre-session. Each session is very simple, you just wear a brain sensor cap (I don't know the technical term) and sit in front of a monitor to watch a movie for about 40 minutes, and the brightness of the movie flickers as you watch.
