Это просто ужас какой-то! Мы срочно должны были отправить документы для получения паспортов. Из 3-х недель , что у нас остались до вылета мы потеряли одну благодаря пустым обещаниям Егора. На седьмой день (при заявленных 2-3 рабочих) после того как якобы перевод бы готов , но что-то то там еще как обычно.., я решил поехать к ним в офис что бы уже забрать свой перевод. Disgusting attitude towards clients! They promise to translate documents in 2-3 business days, but on the fifth day they don't pick up the phone! They lie, cheat and don't do the promised work! *** You didn't warn me that you were late until I started calling and writing to you and demanding a translation on the fourth day!!! Don't deceive people!!!!
I do not recommend this business. I need power of attorney. I sent all paperwork as requested on 16 of June. On 27 of June I had a meeting with Alex. The same day I received the email that my paperwork would be uploaded for review on July,3 On July,5 I sent them email and got an answer on 9 that documents are ready and will be uploaded shortly. Of course nothing happened. I sent them multiple emails. I called them to no avail. Today I got the same email that I got on 9. Probably automatic reply. More than month and no result... read more
