Be extra cautious with this service. The technician acts overly friendly upfront, but it feels like a tactic to distract you while tacking on unexpected extra fees. Make sure to get everything in writing first and keep a close eye on their work. Pricing transparency is lacking and the small tricks are unacceptable. Wouldn’t recommend.

Alan is the true professional with actual technical knowledge, and honesty on top of that. Found the real cause of my heat pump's problem within 5 minutes, explained everything in detail, fixed it within an hour. This is after having multiple other HVAC companies that came over but couldn't locate the underlying cause. On top of that, he charged me a reasonable price for his service, when he could have easily tried to sell me a replacement that cost thousands. Alan真的厉害，有知识有技术有人品。请他就对了。

我本來找了另一個師傅來睇，點知搞左幾個鐘後話我風扇壞，要我訂風扇去換$1350， 跟住我覺得好貴，所以找另一位師傅再confirm清楚係未同一原因，好彩找了呢個師傅來了再重新檢查，最後確認打火器斷左，換打火器就搞掂，但早前第一個師傅其實拆過點火器來睇，但原來佢比我睇時已經斷左，但佢竟然唔知道，仲說風扇壞了，好在呢位師傅看清楚問題所在來維修。這是最好的聖誕禮物，多謝師傅。
