Been going to Springfield Dental for more than 3 years. They've been scheduling me for my teeth cleanings every six months. I get X-rays done and no cleaning with the excuse they'll need authorization for a deep cleaning. I check with my insurance company and sure enough they've been charging insurance for the cleaning they haven't done in two years. I finally realized the pattern and scam they are doing. Springfield Dental is amazing. My kids go there, and they always go above and beyond. The staff provides excellent service, is great with children, and never turns patients away even if an appointment was missed. The front desk team is friendly, kind, and always gets the job done efficiently.Β
