Finally found the Beijing Tong Ren Tang pharmacy! They have so many traditional Chinese herbs that are perfect for making medicinal soup at home. This time, I picked up some astragalus root, glehnia root, American ginseng, poria, Chinese yam, codonopsis root, and polygonatum, and I also found small red dates and lotus seeds. very happy , if you have bladder problems and other chronic pain ,the herbs here will help with the pain , i have been coming here for 8 years , only place in Vancouver that makes liquid herbs . other places it comes in powder form this place is far more effective
Clean, beautifully organized, and quiet space. I was given the help I needed to find the herbal formulation I was looking for. With many of these kind of herbal medicine shops closing in Chinatown, this place is a gem that should be supported and not taken for granted.
