If I had a dollar for everytime I've been to this collision shop...I'd probably just hand it right back to them at this point. I've unfortunately had to bring my vehicle here several times(not my fault) and everytime they were incredibly professional, quick to communicate, and super helpful in walking me through what to do next. They make a stressful situation so much easier to handle. At this rate, i might need a loyalty punch card..but in all seriousness, i cant recommend them enough. JB Auto Paint and Body was so thorough and efficient with our vehicle! It was a fairly extensive repair and they communicated throughout the process with us and the insurance company and insured that the job was done with excellence and as quickly as possible! We highly recommend them!Β
They serviced my car after an accident on Eastman Road. I had where I hit a tree. The knowledge they have of the business and the patience they have with their customers is rarely found in any business practice as of today. We are thankful when we can locate someone who has such a combination of great service and integrity.Β
