I got a letter from Patty Dykstra claiming to have a buyer who wants to move to my neighborhood because of family. The letter stated this is a repeat buyer. This was a complete lie and ruse. She then insisted I sign a listing contract obligating me to pay her 3% commission whether she sells it to her alleged buyer or anyone in the next 180 days.
