Mark was great! Very straightforward and honest about what was necessary to repair. He had the repairs done quickly and didn't try to upsell us on anything we didn't need.
Needed an annual inspection for a company van, and always choose Pep Boys for their speed. Granted, I only do oil changes and minor odds and ends, but, they get me in and out pretty quick when I make an appointment, and most of the time when I don't. The guy behind the counter is always friendly and helpful.
Great service and I even got a discount for changing all four breaks
