Only had one appointment but I'm already impressed. Everyone was very friendly, didn't have to wait, my appointment was at 7:30 and sat in the chair at 7:31. The dentist was very straight forward and gave me genuinely honest suggestions on what I should tackle first while staying in my coverage. He straight up said my coverage would be used completely for just one root canal and recommended starting with other teeth first to essentially take care of as many as possible within budget. I recently visited Aura dental for the first time, and I cannot express how wonderful my experience was! From the moment I called to book my appointment, April was so caring and made the process incredibly easy. She helped me feel welcome before I even stepped foot in the office. Once I arrived, the front desk staff continued to make me feel at ease. The dental assistant was incredibly kind and supportive, which really eased my nerves. All the staff were extremely friendly, amazing customer service. The staff made sure i was comfortable, went above and beyond and made my visit very pleasant. First time leaving a dentist place with a positive attitude. Highly recommend
