These people just want to charge your insurance the nurse will lie and say they can help you get supplies and they told me I didn’t have to continue to see the doctor office that gave me the machine but then they lied and told me once I got to the back office that I still have to go to the other sleep clinic or I will be charged for my Cipap machine
Very helpful and detailed in assisting patients.
The Nurse at the front is amazing, but the actual doctor once you get in is ignorant, horrible, and doesn't want to help people. He flat out told me he didn't believe in sleep medication/prescriptions because "that's how Michael Jackson died", and he straight up told me, "well what do you want me to do?" He didn't even believe I had insomnia, all he wanted to do was prescribe me a sleep apnea test even though I KNOW I DON'T HAVE THAT. Meanwhile I'm suffering from Insomnia still and going through insurance...
