The employees are all wonderful, they must love their bosses because everyone has a smile. I was able to set an appointment during the date and time that is good for me. I was taken to the back within 2 minutes of arriving. Dr is knowledgeable. I am now using CPAP due to severe sleep apnea. I am now getting a good night sleep and feel refreshed in the mornings.
I highly recommend ZZZ Sleep Medicine Specialists in Plano. I saw Jane Wu today and Dr. Kuang on my previous visit, and both are exceptional. They took the time to explain my condition and treatment options clearly and thoroughly, answering every question without rushing. They charged my insurance without checking right, I had to call insurance clarify everything to get the right price. I am a very active person, I wanted to go to doctor as a last resort, his explanation were like just showing images from google, they use this tiny ring for sleep study and charge hundreds for it. The way he diagnosed also way off and not much care for the problem. I will have to go for second opinion.
Dr. Kuang and staff took the time to explain all the details of every question I asked them and made me feel completely comfortable with my upcoming sleep treatment. They never made me feel rushed and made me feel like they really care about my concerns and my being prepared for the next steps. I've met with Dr. Kuang over the last 7 years and I'm nothing but impressed with his staff and the clinic overall.
