Ok. So where to begin!! I travel countrywide all year round and eat bbq all over the country! This was absolutely in a tie for the best I've ever had! Right there with Franklins, Terry Black's, Goldies, Rollin Smoke and other greats! I had a variety... lol...First off.. Beef cheaks.... 15 out of 10!! Lol Like beaf caviar. Melt in your mouth decadence. Brisket... 10 for 10, as good as I've ever had. Tie with Franklins!! Ribs... 8 for 10. Tender, moist and smokey, just like they should be!
