😡 Very Bad Phone Service I called the spa and the person on the phone was very rude and cold. She acted like she hated her job and didn't want to help me. I asked simple questions, but she gave me short, cold answers. Then, she just hung up on me! She didn't say "bye" or "have a nice day." She just ended the call for no reason. This bad service is not okay for a place that is supposed to be relaxing. I was going to book, but her bad attitude stopped me. The spa needs to teach its phone staff how to be polite.
From the door, Renata was warm & her smile set the tone for the experience. I had a Swedish massage & mani-pedi which were awesome. Libations flowed & hydration was plentiful. My birthday tiara, cake, & gifts were the perfect ending to a perfect birthday! It was so impressive, that I obtained a membership. This place rocks!
Exceptional service! Grace at the front desk was so kind, helpful, and attentive. My massage was out of this world.
Great pre-birthday experience! Each staff member was friendly and caring. They made me feel special. I am planning to enroll in their monthly program.
Nancy has wonderful hands and it’s a real spa with a lovely atmosphere.
