Terrible customer service. Almost impossible to speak with an agent, and they rarely return voicemails. After finally connecting with an agent about canceling my policy, multiple mistakes were made, including the date of cancelation, which is the most important thing to get correct when canceling a policy! This required more phone calls, again no live agent available, and still waiting for them to return my call. If considering using them stay away!
