Zyn22 is the one thing I look forward to every single day. The instructors make you feel at home and always turn my day around! Also, they go out of their way to make modifications for you if you have any injuries. It’s almost like having a personal trainer (for HIIT) but still having the perks of working out with a group. Lastly, their music taste is ON POINT. Definitely recommend giving it a try… you will not regret it!

I went to my first spin class this week! I was a bit tentative since I am not currently in very good shape, but it turned out to be a great experience and awesome workout. Our instructor Jennifer is an amazing person and instructor!
