My whole family was a customer for 15 years, received good service. Something happened because last 2 visits were horrible. They tried to upsell us to high end expensive frames and lenses, when I hesitated and delayed my decision the whole attitude changed. They changed my optometrist schedule (called me at 9 pm the night before to do so). When I arrived *on time* they ignored me, denied calling me. J’ai pris rendez-vous pour un examen de la vue, et la journée qu’il m’avait dit que c’était réservé , le rendez-vous n’était plus dans le système. Pas réservé apparemment. J’ai donc repris un autre rendez-vous. J’appelle le matin même pour savoir si mon rendez-vous a toujours bien lieu à 16:30. L’employé me dit oui. Je me pressente et on me dit que c’était à 14:30. Très ordinaire. Il faut être mêlé en mausus . J’irai faire mon examen ailleurs .
Came in to ask if they could repair my glasses that had a missing screw. Friendly welcome, quick small free repair and we were out with fixed glasses within 3 minutes.
Awesome location . I lost my prescription glasses while on vacation. They were able to do a rush service for me. Absolutely amazing service, and friendly staff, and great price! Thanks a lot
