Amazing service
My whole family was a customer for 15 years, received good service before. NOT ANY MORE Something happened because last 2 visits were horrible. They tried to upsell us to high end expensive frames and lenses, when I hesitated and delayed my decision the whole attitude changed. They changed my optometrist schedule (called me at 9 pm the night before to do so). When I arrived *on time* they ignored me, denied calling me. A while back were very late supplying my prescription sunglasses that I paid $400+ for. I had to go back twice and didn’t come out as dark as I requested. Then recently ordered contact lenses and was given a leaflet to claim a rebate that was expired. Service could be better
I know nothing about glasses. I wanted something to help me read the text on the computer screen roughly 35" from my face... They suggested progressives, and not knowing I said sure... $500 SO I HAVE TO TURN MY HEAD TO READ TEXT IN THE SCREEN. What absolute garbage, I hate the progressives, having to turn my head just ti read screen text is the dumbest thing I've ever experienced. All I need was to read small text on the screen!!!
