I purchased the 9 Piece Cookware Set from your retail store for $400. A few hours later, I saw the exact same set on your official website for only $280. When I contacted customer service, I was told they don’t offer price adjustments for in-store purchases even though both are Zwilling’s own sales channels. Zwilling product quality has gone down hill significantly over recent years and their customer support team refuses to stand behind their products. They will play this "run around" game with you in store and redirect warranty claims to their call center in Ontario rather than dealing with the issue in store. The warranty team in Ontario is AWFUL. You are expected to ship any products requiring a claim to them at your own expense and it had better be tracked or they will claim it wasn't received. Only shop here if you like to be scammed!! Staff lied about the product and how it functions. Now obviously we would only really find out after testing/using it that it's horrible and not what we were looking for and not what the staff told us it was. Bring it back as it's not how it was sold to us and they say it's been used so they can't take it back since they can't re-sell it.
