Terrible store. I ordered a knives holder on sale after buying Japanese knives worth a $1000. When they call me to go and pick it up, They said I have to pay a full price. Very deceptive and lack of Transparency. I don’t recommend this store at all. I wish I can return the Japanese knives and take my business somewhere else where they don’t lie to customers to their faces

I ordered a set of pots from Zwilling Canada online on November 26. As of January 2, my order has still not been shipped. After contacting customer service, I was told the item is out of stock — yet it was sold to me as available. Even more concerning, they refuse to issue a refund and instead expect me to wait until the item is restocked, with no estimated date. Don’t buy from Zwilling. Seriously, check their return policy before you even think about ordering. I cancelled my order before the package arrived because I found a much better deal elsewhere. I figured I could just take the unopened box to the store and return it — apparently not. They don’t accept normal returns, and they expect you to ship it back to Ontario at your own cost… which in my case would’ve been around $200 in shipping alone. Completely unreasonable. Worst experience ever. Went to replace a pan. Clerk told me to buy a different one than the one I wanted because it was cheaper. Turns out it did not have a coating. Staff there has no idea what they are doing.
