Does the store have been removed?
Only shop here if you like to be scammed!! Staff lied about the product and how it functions. Now obviously we would only really find out after testing/using it that it's horrible and not what we were looking for and not what the staff told us it was. Bring it back as it's not how it was sold to us and they say it's been used so they can't take it back since they can't re-sell it.
I had a wonderful experience at the Zwilling store, thanks to Ashmeen. She was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me in finding the perfect product. Her friendly demeanour and extensive product knowledge made the shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. DO NOT BUY ONLINE PRODUCTS WITH THEM!! although they have nice products, their company and policy are misleading!!! They clearly say in they website that they have a hassle-free return policy! However, if you read the small letters, they actually ask you to pay for the shipping cost. I clicked the order button by mistake when trying to find the promo code area, and it ordered two identical cookware kits. I immediately tried cancelling the order, but they don't this feature in their profile. I tried calling the customer servi... read more
