I had some questions about a wok I was looking at on the Zwilling website so I called this store to get some information. Gienatzy took my call and she was so patient and helpful. She took her time to answer all my questions so I ended up driving to the store to pick it up based on her helpfulness. Great service.

Beautifully laid out store. Great displays. I've gone in multiple times during different times of the year and there's always a fun festive touch. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable about all their products. I purchased the Peak pots from Lisa. She answered all my questions. I love love love my new pots. I find they heat up super fast and clean up is so easy. Possibly the worst product and the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We bought a vacuum sealer two months ago, used it only twice, and it stopped working. When we took it back to the store, a Caucasian lady made us feel like complete idiots. She said, “Well, it has water in it. You can’t expect an electronic device full of water to work.” We explained that we had never submerged it, that we had followed the instructions, and her solution was to tell us that she has had hers for five years (the typical comment) ... read more

Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever seen. Product was recalled and I provided the claim information as requested at least 4 times. Keep getting back a message that more info is required. The latest message had an expiry date on the claim. What do I need to do to get you to comply with the product recall?

For what you pay you expect service. I've purchased all the time from this company. Caucasian lady was super rude. You'd think I was buying the late Queen's personal knives. Take my business somewhere else.
