The staffs are so helpful, especially the store manager Lisa. They are so kind to answer our questions and helping us get the product that fits us the most
I had some questions about a wok I was looking at on the Zwilling website so I called this store to get some information. Gienatzy took my call and she was so patient and helpful. She took her time to answer all my questions so I ended up driving to the store to pick it up based on her helpfulness. Great service.
Beautifully laid out store. Great displays. I've gone in multiple times during different times of the year and there's always a fun festive touch. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable about all their products. I purchased the Peak pots from Lisa. She answered all my questions. I love love love my new pots. I find they heat up super fast and clean up is so easy.
