Warning this company does not honour their warranty I submitted a warranty claim to Zwilling Henckel in December 2025 for a broken chef knife (model 36111 200). The warranty replacement was approved by Henckel and assigned reference #60692213. Instead of the correct replacement, I received a cheaper bread knife (model 175666 200), which I returned using the company’s prepaid label on 26 01 13.
