We didn't realize shopping here was a DIY experience. Two staff members focused entirely on one person while we wandered the store and stood in line waiting to spend money and ask for help about the sets. No greeting, no eye contact, no service. I put my items down and left. It’s a shame when the products are great but the floor service makes you want to leave empty-handed. I guess buying online is better.
Rude and dismissive staff.
They no longer sharpen knives. They sell knives yet have discontinued sharpening. An example of poor cs @ least they gave info of a another place to it. It's farther away & more inconvenient. I was not impressed as they have sharpened my french knife twice. Definitely would not buy another knife there.
