Staff were informative and assisted us to find matching pieces to our set.
Some staff are helpful but certain staff are not nice or sympathetic. I bought a knife block during boxing day sale just yesterday, and found out that there's a chip in it as soon as I got home. Came back today to exchange it, but they didn't have stock. The easiest thing would have been for them to order one in for me from a different location, and do a one for one exchange.
