Terrible communication thry don't listen. I have given thrm the same information 4 times. They had 13 people sitting on a zoom call for court and thr attorney never showed up the Judge was pissed
This company is horrible!!!!! No type of proper communication! No paperwork! Nobody knows anything when you call! I was told I would get paperwork send to me because I lost my job but never received them through my email and when I call no one can help me!! The customer services representative was very rude and had an attitude! Like it’s not my fault you know nothing! And can’t even transfer me to the right individual! I will report this company! This company sucks!
RUDE RUDE RUDE !!!! The representative asked why I had not made my payments, and I told her I did not have to share that information with her since she disclosed 50x that she was not an attorney. And she had the AUDACITY to laugh. You picked the wrong one !!! A bunch of FRAUDS
Was trying to pay off a balance through the portal; there was a snag in what was reported in their payment system vs settlement amount. I got a hold of a representative named Josh- was condescending and laughing on the line. I mentioned to him I would like to speak with a manger because he was because he was condescending and scoffed at me and he said "I am scoffing "
This place take debt collections they will take you court you answer the letter saying you have nothing your almost homeless they will send you a letter saying they want everything you got what does s homeless person have besides blood and most judges side with them
