I keep receiving letters from Zwicker Associates after I called verified gave them File ID # is not under my name but they keep sending me letter...I am sick and tired of it because this is Business address some of the Nail Tech used my business address for his & her purpose I don't know...after he & she left here owned money someone so Agent trying collect the debt...!!!!
This agency is the worst in the world. Even if you pay them, they don’t report the payment and still have someone call you to collect even when your account is current. On top of that, they don’t have an automatic payment system—they are decades behind in technology. Even when you try to pay, their platform doesn’t work. They’re not even trained to guide you on how to make payments online. Even if you have the money to pay, it’s nearly impossible with them—they’re stuck in the Ice Age.
Horrible company - We did not contest amount - agreed to pay the full amount in large payments each month - yet they enforce you to go through a ridiculous 15 minute script where they repeat information twice - which no other debt collectors enforce - so it is not required by law only by Zwicker. Unnecessary when the "customer" is only trying to uphold their agreement. But, there is no service there - only obnoxious attitudes to irrelevant information. Attempted to except the offer they presented 2 days after receipt of offer. Rep told me he refused to honor it. They don't really want to amicably resolve anything.
I wonder if it common practice to hire associates that would speak to people this way Natasha Sheik is very unhinged and unprofessional individual.
