Good equipment, but service is the worst I have experienced from any testing manufacturer. Difficult to reach by phone, long delays by email, and months to schedule a technician visit to troubleshoot or calibrate equipment. Their phone support (when reachable) is decent but closes early. If its something that phone support cannot fix then expect to be down a long while.
I have not worked for the company, however, my son did. The company has multiple issues with training, having tools on the jobsite, don't believe Monday-Friday, they will expect you to wait on tools that should be there once you get onsite (if you don't have enough kits, buy more). My son (thankfully) found another job, he did the right thing and drove the company car back to Atlanta (from Savannah).
