This review is more informative to suppliers who are looking into this company. I would highly advise against offering a line of credit to these guys, as they will rack up their bill and not pay it. When you contact them and offer to work with them on it, they will act like they want to take care of it, and then they will stop communicating with you and not pay.
As a Company AND Owner, did not want to take ownership or accountability on the most important part of the claim that they left out, all the owner said was "Sorry, there was miscommunication." Even recommended to call the insurance and state that it was the adjusters fault. Siding job was very poorly done, and did not care to fix at all, when bringing up concerns they acted like it was no big deal and too late for anything. ZWB recently remodeled my bathroom, they took it down to the studs. I couldn't get them to answer calls or texts. The work they did was careless and poorly done, there is caulk masking where the trim was cut too short, caulk missing from the shower, the flooring was cut so short in some spaces that the subfloor can be seen through the gaps, the walls were not squared when drywalled leading to a trashy fix on my $2,000 vanity. They screened in are deck, it's everything we wanted! Looks great, we even asked to change a few things in the middle of construction and Jerry and the guys said no problem and got it done!!!
