Very professional
I have been a patient at the Smithtown West location for some years and the wait time is short pleasant atmosphere professional and I would recomend this location to others.
VERY UPSET!! My dad has his cat scan done Thursday morning of his Abdomen and pelvis with contrast. Thursday night winded up in the hospital bleeding and when I called Friday for his results she said tonight (Friday night) the results should be in! No Results!! I specifically told the lady he’s in the hospital bleeding and we need the results asap so he can be treated! She didn’t care and did NOTHING to see if she can speed up the results!!! Images and reports are not read and prepared in a timely manner. I had two MRI's exactly one week ago. Only one was read and uploaded to my portal. I'm still waiting for the report for one of my procedures. Use another location!!!
Great place, employees do their job exceptionally, my result? I didn’t even leave the parking lot when I Receive text very impressive place. I highly recommend.
