I had an appointment scheduled for 12:00 PM. I arrived early at 11:30 AM to complete any necessary paperwork and ensure a timely start. By 12:30 PM, 30 minutes past my scheduled time, and after waiting for over half an hour, I politely inquired at the front desk about the anticipated wait time. The response I received from the front desk staff member was absolutely unacceptable. Friendly, helpful and polite employees!
Five stars across the board for Zwanger-Pesiri radiology in Smithtown West. I went to this facility this morning for a CTA, and I have very small veins. And the ladies (including the receptionist,) were so nice, and so professional, and they were very pleasant, while finding a vein in my arm to administer the contrast. Geralyn was a great tech. Very nice people at this facility. I will be coming here for now on for MRIs, ETC .
The office was very clean, the receptionist very helpful and friendly. The technicians doing the tests were very friendly and knowledgeable. Left another place to go here.
