Great new location on old country road, easy to get to. Front desk staff was helpful and very pleasant. Easy check in with very little wait time. When you enter the reception area it feels cozy with large windows to bring in the sunlight. Seating areas is cool.....several areas of seating in a circle with small round tables which makes it feel more private and comfy. There's also a big parking parking lot in back with an entrance.
I can’t say enough about the Carle Place office. Everyone is always so friendly and kind. They always run on time and results come quickly. A hidden gem!

I would like to share an important concern regarding my experience. An appointment was scheduled, and the patient arrived on time. However, after waiting and completing all the required paperwork, we were informed that the nurse was not available. This should have been communicated at least one day in advance or a few hours before the appointment.
