Staff were awesome. I am claustrophobic and they all treated me great. Their only downfall was I did it on a Friday early morning. It is Wednesday and still waiting for my results. I’ve been to their other offices and got results right away. I live in Hempstead and I had to go all the way out to Coram to get an open MRI for my liver. They have no other place closer I was told.
I’m typically a VERY nervous patient when it comes to anything medical, so I went into my MRI appointment this morning feeling pretty anxious. But I have to say—my experience was incredible, all thanks to my tech, Bob. From the moment I walked in, the office felt more like a spa than a medical facility—quiet, welcoming, and playing calming music. Bob was AMAZING. He let me try the MRI machine first to make sure I was comfortable (I’m claustrophobic), allowed me to pick my music station, and talked to me through the headphone... read more
