I have had numerous MRI’s done at the Smithtown West location. They are great there! Appts are always on time and the technicians are very nice.
Fast anf friendly.
Had a CT Calcium scan and was told I would have the results in 24 to 72 hours later. Now 3 day's later 2nd call and was told a special doctor has to look at it. I should have stayed with NYU Langone. I had a CT scan of my lungs and in 3 hours had the results with NYU. The individual I was speaking to said we'll that's them and I can't tell the doctor Mr.K wants his results because he asked what kind of a reply is that I would advise anyone that's having a Critical test done not to use them your just a paycheck to them....
Had an unexpected visit to ZPR today, and the courtesy and professionalism shown was outstanding. From the front desk to the nursing team they made a tough situation look simple. They all went above and beyond what would typically be expected of them and turned a difficult situation into something manageable, THANK YOU ☺️
